GOG Winter Sale includes 3 Fallout games for free over 600 game

first_imgGOG.com isn’t new to the idea of offering gamers free titles every so often. The last time was back in October when The Witcher was offered for free with any game purchase. But this week the digital distribution service has gone one better and is offering everyone 3 games for free with no strings attached. If you head on over to GOG.com between now and Saturday (48 hours), you can grab a copy of Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics for free. They typically cost up to $9.99 each, and GOG is letting you gift copies to your friends for free, too.The reason for the offer is to help promote GOG’s Winter Sale, which kicked off today and runs for 2 weeks. There will be daily updates to the offers, with over 600 games receiving discounts of at least 50 percent. If you’re new to GOG, then there’s also 12 free games added to your account automatically upon registration. As well as general game discounts, each day there will be Recommended Deals (today’s are Ultima Underworld 1+2 and Legend of Grimrock) and Community Deals. For the Community Deals you can vote on what deal should appear the following day. So tomorrow’s choice is between the Collected Bullfrog Classics ($14.90 instead of $59.90) or the Mighty Heroes Magic Pack ($17.44 instead of $69.94).Another nice extra offer is the “Our Gift To You” section. You can pick either Timeless Classics, Brave New Worlds, or Random Magic to unlock another offer. You won’t know what it is each day until you click to pick one.last_img read more
